Until recently, Brian worked for a large Pittsburgh-based law firm that primarily handled asbestos cancer cases and workplace accidents. He headed their West Virginia office for 11 years before opening Prim Law Firm PLLC, based in Hurricane.

Carl Hostler works with Prim Law Firm PLLC and brings years of litigation experience in mesothelioma cases. Carl is the son of attorney Stan Hostler, a legend in West Virginia for his tireless support of union workers in the lean years. Carl is also active in the labor movement and dedicated to pursuing justice for trade workers and their families.
